SB: What is your favorite song?

AM: Danger Twins, Do It Like Nobody Does…makes me feel like I’m in Oceans 11!

SB: Have you heard any of these tracks before?

AM: Buttercats, Alone in the Dark, baybeeeeeee! It’s never lost on me how rare it is when we feature the same song. After ten years. You’d think it would happen more.

SB: It’s November! Which means the best trip of the year is coming up. Of course road trip playlists are a must, but my main question is…when do you fire up the playlist? The second you get in the car? After you’ve grabbed coffee and have a long stretch ahead sans stops? For me, it’s always once I get out of the city and hit the open road. Hard to feel the vibe when you’re sitting in traffic.

AM: Typically I click ‘play’ on my trip playlists as soon as I’ve sat down on the plane and we’re taxiing for takeoff. It ain’t real until takeoff!

SB: Not a fair question because it was going to be a close race until I heard Gungala nido. You know when you include any Bossa Nova it’s like fishing with dynamite.

SB: Tumbleweed and Alone in the Dark and both I now regret not including earlier.

AM: Hilarious, because my question is, what’s on your “weekend away” playlist this November?

SB: I’m pretty sure I was procrastinating and my November weekend away playlist was my December Kin Collective prep list that I gotta whittle down to the best 16.
